Drift Exhibition
Group Statement - There are twenty individual artists that, in their own unique style, have created photographic work that exhibit what drift means to them.
The term drift or Dérive comes from Psychogeography as essentially a study of how the geographical space and environment influence someone's behaviour and thoughts.
Photographers visited various locations individually or in groups, often returning repeatedly, searching going back and forth, floating through space aimlessly and without a specific goal in mind. Exploring paths and ways of looking that we never normally would. The exploration of space was supposed to be unknown and fresh. The variety of locations all of us accessed and travelled to, gave us a wide range of spaces and visuals to consider.
As part of this collaborative exhibition, I exhibited my series 'Collier Tarn'
